It is 4.20am and I have been really trying to get to sleep since around midnight. What a horrible night. I put this on and took the first two deep breaths and already I feel 100% better. You are amazing! I love all your work, especially the eight hour night ocean one. My only request is could you make another version with a lot more talking. I understand most people find it better when you talk only for the first few minutes then leave them to sleep, but for me as soon as the talking stops I start winding up again. I would love to hear talking for about an hour or more. I know it would mean Sian would have to write a pretty long story, but from what I have already heard that would be a gift to anyone who heard it. Let's face it she is a genius! Hearing your voice keeps me calm and centred, I just need to hear it for much longer before I can actually sleep. Thank you.

I agree. The voice is velvet. So soothing. Just the right speed and volume. Makes all the difference for successful relaxation
Could not agree more! I can't bear to listen to the creepy whispering ones especially! Do not know how people can relax to that! Also no other guided meditations are as creative and exciting. Totally get the volume thing too! Sometimes with other peoples meditations my headphones were on the lowest volume yet when it goes quiet and they start talking again I jump out if my skin! I get excited in work every Tuesday for getting home to the new video

Being the desert rat that I am, the grassy field became an arid and energetic brown path (since I was barefoot). It was lovely to feel the hot intense sun and look at the boulders and cacti in the foreground and the majestic mountains that gave the blue sky the look of waves... that was definitely a new view for me. The creek in the shade put me fast asleep. As always, thank you 🙏

Amazing! I have had trouble sleeping lately more then a few hours. Once sleep was broken I couldn't sleep more. When i did wake after 2 or 3 hours I continued to play your videos and fell back to sleep quickly. Thank you so much! Best sleep I've had in 2 weeks.
