It's alright, but if you accept my advice (I'm learning too this move and you probably would have get it by now), you should start with a meio rolé to get more momentum, this way you dont need to use the free hand to spin. From the negativa, do a meio rolé and then instead of rising up go in queda on the elbow. The momentum of the leg helps your spin.
Thanks a lot. I still do not have the movement down. To be honest, I am a bit scared to apply to much momentum to the movement because my hands doesn't want to spin which could lead to breaking a wrist! Any tips for getting the hand to spin?
@@byMinho Thanks! I know, me too had that feeling that my wrist could get injured, but when you start to get the move faster, if you're well balanced, you'll see how the hand start to slide on the floor naturally. The only way of spinning is using the momentum from the leg, or else you can try doing it like in Breakdance, instead of pulling and spinning bachward, grabbing the ground with the free hand to make you spin, spinning foreward, but I dont like it verry much. Obviously the most important thing is trying to be as much orizontal as possible, cause if you put the side of the head on the floor like a queda de rins it stops the spin. Another thing you could try is kicking with the leg, like as you want to do a rasteira from the queda de rins, and then kick the leg backward and pull with the free hand to spin. Im sorry to not be much helpfull, in the end it's always a matter of time and repetition, the more you try the more you become better! Hope you get it soon👍🏼🙏🏼
Any tips on Relogio for me?
