Hey guys, i just found out yesterday that the longer you fire an automatic weapon in this game, the better the weapon handles. The AKM is a prime example of this. It reduces recoil. You don't even have to control it. Keep in mind that when firing, once you empty about 16 rounds, this mechanic will kick in for the AKM. Good luck, peeps.

Lewis gun is harder to control after like 20 rounds since it was nerfed. So that statement is incorrect. It's not a mechanic but indeed applies to the recoil pattern of most automatic guns.

Actually you are noticing a mechanic that reduces vertical recoil. The faster you aim, the less vertical recoil will be present in any weapon with recoil. It’s called recoil smoothing or something along that line.
