I think the power is enough, and it can control it very well. This Densen amp makes miracles wit bookshelfes. However with the epicon 6, the grip could be a bit better.
The DALI extends more into the lower frequencies, and does so with exceptional accuracy and control (especially for their size). The Sonus Faber Olympica Nova 1 have a more efficient, bright sound in the upper mids and highs. the DALI is more natural, on the warmer more accurate side.
Yes, Now that they are broken in, plus I upgraded to a better DAC (Metrum Musette) they are absolutely stunning. It is so good and powerful I would afraid to go for the Epicon 6 in my relatively small room.
@@viktorcselenyi8119 I've never heard the Epicon 2 but i've had my best music listening experiences with both Epicon 6 and 8, so i'm confident the 2 deliver the same quality
Kind of true as the midrange is not on front in the face type mids, but very pleasant and detailed. In return the low end is very good, almost like a floorstander. I had many speakers and these were the best monitor speakers I ever had
It even sounds good throw my iphone ;)
I have the same with an Hegel 190 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏
Hi, does this amp completely handle these speakers or do you need something more powerful for them to unleash completely?

@@viktorcselenyi8119Hello
Is Epicon 6 very different from epicon 2?
Thank you
Hi, how do you compare these Epicon 2 to Sonus Faber Olympica Nova 1 speakers? Thanks.
Hi I have never heard them unfortunately!
suppose Sonus Faber are more laid back and less responsive, more for classical music like Harbeth and Spendor imho

Are you still satisfied with those speakers? I may wanna buy these, but idk if they will fit for my room..

Definitely sounds punchy and strong enough for a normal size living room.
Yes it suprisingly sounds like a floorstander. Moreover it has more bass and goes deeperr than a lot of floorstanders in lower categories
