You're doing well, great job! Just a little tip, try to wear thicker gloves when you hit the punching bag because even if you don't see it, you're damaging your wrists and in a few months or years you risk being in pain and not being able to box anymore. Ideally it's even better to avoid "special punching bag" gloves and take 12oz or 14oz gloves.👍
Nothing wrong with bag gloves, and he got wraps on even tho they are done wrong his wrists will be fine stop being condensing with ur "little tips" and go do something.
@@nvc43p So, I think you probably don’t have much experience, or at least you haven’t received the best advice... I agree, there’s nothing wrong with those gloves, especially if you’re not hitting the bag hard. However, if your goal is to improve, particularly to work on power at the bag, bag gloves don’t provide sufficient protection. As I said, even if you don’t feel anything at first, in 10 years, you might face consequences, especially since MIKFITZ seems to be tall and capable of generating considerable power. It’s therefore recommended to train with thicker gloves. Moreover, they are heavier, which allows you to work on your speed in addition to power because you won’t have to worry about your wrists. It’s also preferable, if not essential, to use hand wraps, but they don’t provide sufficient protection when used with bag gloves. I didn’t think giving advice was being condescending. I also thought that sharing one’s experience or knowledge was kind of the point of social networks and could help people improve, but apparently, you don’t see it that way.
