How to import OpenCPN Routes into Virtual Sailor (VSNG) [Update in describtion!]

Why does mine says "Unsupported Kml file source. Source must be OpenCpn or OpenSeaMap" Is there something wrong that I did? I can't get the waypoints converted because of this problem.
