Traci Bell traps dogs for many San Antonio rescues. Today she has been called out to trap 4 young dogs. Once the dogs are secured they're taken to God's Dog Rescue in Von Ormy, Texas where you can adopt one or many.

I can appreciate the fact that whoever dumped them thought that the sweaters would help keep them warm , but when they get wet that's a problem for the dog!
