Joey I have recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and it was so hard. When I first got told I cried a lot I didn’t want to have to inject everytime I eat. I just couldn’t deal with it I was keeping strong and acting to my family I was fine and I’m used to it but the truth is I’m really not. I don’t like it sometimes I wish I wasn’t alive then it would be easier but everytime I think of you it keeps me going I love you so much and you are my world. You keep me going every day.
Mia Turner There is an amazing UA-camr called Makeyewlook who is a body paint artist and sfx specialist. She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes as a teenager and talks a lot about it on her channel. You might enjoy her work too!
Lex aka Madeyewlook is an amazing and inspiring person. I started watching her when I was diagnosed as T1D about 4 years ago. I was terrified and overwhelmed. Her videos made me feel like everything would be okay, as did joining some FB where I found support and empathy from other diabetics. I know it's hard, but you are strong enough to handle it, even if you don't realize it yet. Much love!
