Did new tracks release, or is this a user created track? Is there a way to play user created tracks on ps5?

This is a user created track, the track creator’s name is at the start and end of the video. You can play this track on ps5 as well by searching for it on the in game search bar in the lobby. While you can play user created tracks on console, you can only make tracks on pc
