When submitting I-130 for my adopted son, I don't have passport photo of my son and longtime not seen him, so can I submit the i130 by mail to uscis without including his photo?
@@TsangAssociatesPLC yes I was told no need passport photo for child but if applying for your spouse then yes we have to submit passport photo for both spouse. Is it correct?
I got married to my wife on my bday in July 24,2024 we been together since December 2023. I move in with her in August So far we have evidence of Joint Account, Joint Car Insurance, I have been added to the lease, Power bill in my name, added to her credit card, Amazon order same address, picture of our wedding ceremony and reception, pictures with family and friends, pictures of both social media posting of our love life, my car registration in same address, gifts we buy each other,my wife change her last name to my last name social security driver license everything. Pictures of us on tea cups. picture frame of us all over the house.Can we file the application now or we need more evidence?

I got my notice today and have till December 23rd to hand in! I have 8 trips to Colombia in one year..tons of photos on instagram.. I also have receipt of cash I send my wife. Photos of our marriage together!! None of the big things they are looking for just tons of pictures and txt messages of conversations should I be worried?
