Anupama mam. I watch many vlogs to improve life but suddenly your vlog propped up today. I cud'nt resist watching your routines. This is point to point my habit. I am an early riser but hubby and daughter don't accompany. In fact I quit my job 2 years ago as I was not able to create a balance between home and my job due to paucity of time. Now since at home I linger on things as I have full day but feel sad at the end of the day, looking at my accomplishments of that day. Today I didn't sleep after your vlogs and am free with everything at 12.00 now. I will definitely watch all your previous vlogs and share my feedback. I can't believe there are still people who wake up so early, even nowadays. People used to make fun of me when I shared my early rising habit so I stopped to disclose and also started to sleep again to fulfill my sleep. Not now....many thanks
Nice .evn i hav started to wake up early. Well not 3.30...abhi mere liye to wo aadhi raat hi hai😄 but yes i wake up by 6.15..and more importantly now i thnk god first thing in the morning rather than strating with daily chores like a machine. And it has made a lot of difference. Thank you

Post tea and shower I take apple or pear or even papaya before I eat oat and milk. It is rich in fibre and high in energy. Also helps to take an early lunch leading to early dinner helping to wake up early.
