    आपके वीडियो देख कर मैंने सुबह उठकर जल्दी नहाना शुरू किया, नहाकर तभी किचन में इंटर करती हूं,और खुद भी रोज नाश्ता करना शुरू किया, पहले सबको दे देती थी और खुद नही खाती थी, सोचती थी एक बार खाना ही खा लूंगी, ऐसा लगभग महीने भर से कर रही और खुद में और घर में काफी चेंज लग रहा, हसबेंड भी काफी रिलैक्स रहते है अब, पहले दिनभर बहस होती थी सुबह जल्दी उठने को लेकर। आपकी हर वीडियो से बहुत कुछ सीख रही हूं मैं। थैंक्यू सो मच ❤️❤️❤️ एक रिक्वेस्ट हैं की मुझे थायराइड है और नींद बहुत आती है, दिनभर आलस लगता है, इसके लिए कुछ जानकारी अगर हो तो बताए की आलस कैसे खत्म हो🙏

      Mai v jb se anupma ma'am ki vedio dekh rhi rhi jldi jgna yoga.....ye sab start hogya h...or bhi bahut kuchh change hua h mere me....or ab regular vedio dekhti hun mere v hubby se kvi kvi sone ko lekr bahas ho jati thi....but ab sab thik h 20days se

      Anupama mam. I watch many vlogs to improve life but suddenly your vlog propped up today. I cud'nt resist watching your routines. This is point to point my habit. I am an early riser but hubby and daughter don't accompany. In fact I quit my job 2 years ago as I was not able to create a balance between home and my job due to paucity of time. Now since at home I linger on things as I have full day but feel sad at the end of the day, looking at my accomplishments of that day. Today I didn't sleep after your vlogs and am free with everything at 12.00 now. I will definitely watch all your previous vlogs and share my feedback. I can't believe there are still people who wake up so early, even nowadays. People used to make fun of me when I shared my early rising habit so I stopped to disclose and also started to sleep again to fulfill my sleep. Not now....many thanks

    Nice .evn i hav started to wake up early. Well not 3.30...abhi mere liye to wo aadhi raat hi hai😄 but yes i wake up by 6.15..and more importantly now i thnk god first thing in the morning rather than strating with daily chores like a machine. And it has made a lot of difference. Thank you

      Post tea and shower I take apple or pear or even papaya before I eat oat and milk. It is rich in fibre and high in energy. Also helps to take an early lunch leading to early dinner helping to wake up early.
