I am well traveled all over North America and Europe. But I've neglected (unwillfully lol) some of the most amazing countries that you have set your videos in. It's like they are expanding my entire world and challenging me to think of life in a different way. Ive been doing my own little knowledge researches into each country and it just brings me so much joy. Thank you for providing these fun thoughts as I drift off each night.

Love this series so much. I have to say, I'm not huge on rain sounds - especially wind and thunderstorms. I like light rain, nature sounds, or soft music.

I have discovered a neat trick to put a soundtrack on, such as crickets or ocean waves, full screen, on a laptop, with Stephen's story playing, when I am finally ready to settle down. That way, when the story and following music is over, I still have something playing through the night. I have to have some white noise all night or loud things going on around here, wake me up and undo Stephen's good work! So far the soundscape has not clashed with the music he plays. Anyway, it's working for me, thought I would pass this along to fellow insomnia and light sleepers. 🙂
Love this idea. I hadn’t thought about using sleep sounds/music in combination with a timer so we don’t hear the darn screaming ads (😲)come on but also don’t just have sudden silence. Going to set it up now. TYVM and sweet dreams!

Might be silly, but being far from home I actually miss a good old Tim Hortons in Canada. Not a fancy cafe, per se. But enjoying a honey cruller with a roll up the rim cup of coffee (do they still do that?) while watching the snow outside the windows. Classic.
I just bought a bag of Tim Horton coffee in my supermarket in Pennsylvania. It makes a tasty cuppa alright🙂

I'm listening tonight on Easter/Holiday Saturday in the UK. It was a very strange Easter for me as it's my first without my younger sister who died recently and we lived together. Love your videos. They help me fall asleep with ease - I cannot thank you enough! I really enjoy the relaxation sessions the most. I'd love a video dedicated to relaxation a little more. For example feeling my body on a cloud, feeling weightless as I'm drifting to sleep. Or feeling waves of relaxation flowing through the toes, up the legs etc.

Went to India in 2013 and loved it! The sounds and smell of incense everywhere were amazing. The ceremonies were glorious. India is my spiritual home.
I went in 2006 and loved it too. I think it has probably changed a lot since then, but I can’t wait to go back with Rebeca and Timmy 🙏🏻

I have a story in my life that I think may be perfect for a sleep story. It's about the time travelled by train from Vancouver, BC to Portland, Oregon for a silent meditation retreat.
The train ride on the Oregon coastline was beautiful with ocean views. From Portland I took a ride share through rolling hills and vineyards to a huge building that used to be school house, where they hosted the meditation retreat.
I showed up early by a few days so I got to explore a lot by myself. The grounds were hilly with little pathways leading to hidden gems. I followed one short pathway to a small wood meditation hut that looked like it was modeled after mushrooms.
Looking towards a pathway up a large hill, I followed that as I passed a small food garden, a chicken pen, and the path started winding up the hill.
Sweating a bit from the climb, at the top I saw it was worth it! There was a beautiful flower garden, statues, a walking meditation circle, and benches on all sides to look out on the rolling hills, trees, and beautiful nature.
One tree not far away caught my eye and I started walking towards it. This time there was no path, i was walking across a field. Once i got to the tree I was surprised to find a ladder leaning against it's trunk. I took the ladder up the tree and it took me directly to a huge branch covered in a thick blanket of moss, perfectly comfy for sitting on. I sat in the tree for a while with the breeze in the leaves and small birds stopping by to say hi.
I made it a twice daily ritual to visit the hilltop, and always went to the tree at sunset.
