Nice review. Would like to see a stock Redcat PACK run that same line with the same no spring shock setup that you ran in UGRC and see how it compares to the new chassis setup.
My predator chassis build I'm just running a rear tube / chassis stiffener hoping it doesn't catch rocks. Can you elaborate on what you had to do to turn the servo horn around. Great video! 👍
Awesome! I will have pretty much the same truck. Will not be yellow though and I don't have a Reef's servo......yet. Waiting for a micro 99 for another project though. This just gives me a preview of the truck I am building!

Nice value $149 for the PACK direct from Redcat, $150 for the chassis, $34 for the body. Heck $300 for a comp level slider is great. Other chassis companies like Deadloc Racing sell chassis for $60 so likely they’ll have an option soon too
I just got my UGRC chassis together. Wondering how you did your steering setup with the horn facing backwards. Also what wheelbase are you running. Any help would be greatly appreciated
I have other build videos of this showing what you're asking about. The wheelbase is about 12.5" and it wasn't bad switching the arm around, just check for clearances and make adjustments as needed.
Hey EXO at what weight do you really take advantage of dual stage foams I took mine out I'm only around 7 lb and went to a medium single stage and it seems to be working better
There’s that yellow body I asked about yesterday! Shouldn’t have to cut the chassis. That’s a design issue. Not a huge fan of running droop, but it definitely looks to have potential.
If you think its good, you should re watch the footage. I used this video to explain to my son why droop suspension doesn't work as well as sprung. I appreciate the content! Thanks

a rear bumper is very important letting the body drag on the rocks will lead to it ripping

well I usually like to stay with the 4.5 and soft outer dual stages from CI, with the real light trucks I just use a stock single stage

Yeah I had to clearance some stuff to make it work. I’ve since turned it around normal as it sits

Do you have any brass on that build? Would a little bit of brass down low help it stay more planted on the side hilling

I took the sliders off my rig. Made the biggest difference ever out of all the mods Iv done
yeah I've seen them work great and then fail, I have pivoted off them to make lines and been hung up by them so its kind of a catch 22 thing
