Waalaikumsalam. I usually bake with a 5 min interval so it gv me time to fold one cake while the other is baking. U can bake 2 trays at a time but u may be abit kelam kabut when handling the filling and folding part of 2 trays while the others are baking. At least gv it a 2min interval if u r quick and wants to bake more than 3 cakes. I still gv each tray a 5 min interval even when i had 40 cakes to make in a day 😊👌 also just to clarify tt be it one tray or more, still on the same rack, not multi racks pls when u bake.

Boleh simpan dlm freezer. Bungkus dengan cling wrap betul2 pastu taruk dlm kotak kek jd tak terpenyek nnt. Boleh simpan dlm freezer 2-3 bulan. Kalau da keluarkan dan taruk dlm chiller mesti dimakan dalam masa seminggu. Kalau simpan kek dlm peti ais, mesti slalu tutup dgn plastik atau kotak, jgn biarkan dalam bekas terbuka. Nnt kek kering.
Ikut resepi dan cara2 buat dengan teliti. Kek jangan tebal atau terlebih bakar. Ikut saiz loyang yg betul. Terpulang pada resepi dan saiz kek, ade org lepas bakar sejukkan betul2 baru lipat, ade yg lipat dulu dan biarkan sampai sejuk baru isi filling. If u cling wrap properly and keep in air tight container, before cut, and only for nutella filling, could last abt 2 weeks. If it has been cut into slices, keep in air right container, i would say probably abt up to 1 week.
Yes, I did! It was super delicious. Super soft. Made it for dessert. Everyone loves it but they told me it was slightly dry. I'm not sure if I overbaked it. 175 degrees for 17 mins. Will this mistake make my sponge dry? May I know what butter brand did you use in this video?
Oh i see.. i think it may be slightly overbake coz mine isnot dry. It may be due to your oven temp and baking time. May need to adjust abit. Mine was 170deg 15 mins no fan.
Boleh tapi awak kene gandakan resepi ni x2. Sebab resepi ni dapat 3 keping kek ukuran 10x5inci. Kalau awak nak guna 10x10inci, 1resepi dapat 1 1/2 loyang je. Kalau 2x resepi ni boleh dapat 3 loyang ukuran 10x10inci.
Kalau nk guna loyang 4segi, kene x2 adunan ni jadi dapat 3 loyang besar. Tapi sebaiknya utk loyang 10x10 inci. Kalau 9x9 inci boleh jg tp kek akan jadi agak tebal nnt tak boleh lipat atau kalau lipat akan pecah kek nya. Bila taruk dlm loyang kene kurangkan adunannya.

Can but very delicate. Easier to handle with ovalette. Or find any sponge cake stabiliser at any bakery shop. That would do.
