This is my version of one of the most important folk songs, 'The Parting Glass'.
I've always shied away from singing it because it's a song that's close to the heart of so many people. With just a few simple words, this song is gives a great sense of friendship & love, even if that can feel bittersweet at times. It's an ode to a life ending, a life well-lived.
