    Hello,
So after three years of having Ramsay Hunt my ear got inflammation and little ringing and high pitch going for a week now. Did you ever dealt with that? And are you still using the ear plugs. I'm thinking of getting something like that.

Yes I still experience tinnitus and hyperacusis from 2 years ago, I have to use either the earbuds or noise cancelling headphones when I’m out. I haven’t had inflammation again in my ear or anything. I hope that the tinnitus calms down. I know a few months back I turned my head some way and my ears were ringing horribly for a few hours and then it subsided, must’ve been a muscle or something that was clenched and making it more pronounced.

@@TanyatasticTalks Yes I feel that too, that it's related to muscles and if I get stuffy nose. Also before I use to use high pillow for some reason i used low pillow one day and it caused ringing.

Hello Tanyatastic and welcome back! Thanks for your advice! I was thinking of buying them for a while and your video convinced me :)
I also would like to know what you do to better recover when you are exhausted (meditation, tea, coffee, i mean when you can't sleep...)

Edit after a month with the QC 35 II: Game Changer! It helps me go out and do activities that I could not do anymore!
