I appreciate the story and I praise your work, but I'm sorry but your Felicia Hardy is a bit boring and generic: where is the femme fatale with a mischievous smile, the one who was raised by a thief, the one who enjoys stealing for the thrill and living in luxury like a queen? The irresponsible one who prefers to have fun with Spidey and tempts him not to be a hero and be selfish. Where is the sexy in her?

SPIDER-MAN 4 will be Scorpion hired to kill Spider-Man by Kingpin. THEN, after killing off all the other villains (i.e., tinkerer, Mysterio, shocker, etc) to get info on Spider-Man’s whereabouts and his scorpion suit, he goes after Spider-Man.
Near the middle of the film (after DOOMSDAY), they all go into the Void, where the symbiote attaches itself to Scorpion. Vulture helps Spider-Man against VenomScorpion, where Spider-Man… vulture … scorpion DIE. The symbiote revives Spider-Man for SECRET WARS.
Scorpion kills off all the OTHER Spider-Man villains, establishes the then NEW villain (Kingpin), AND gives Spider-Man his symbiote suit.
