An example of a proper cycling infrastructure is the rail corridor. No traffic lights, very gradual and minimal slopes/no slopes and lots and lots of greenery. Zero car traffic. We need more of such rail corridors.
I hope all road users show empathy and understanding towards cyclists like not driving in an aggressive manner towards them. Reasons like no road tax, no COE, no registration, no insurance are just not valid nor reasonable. At the same time, cyclists also should not indulge in errant riding.
Sadly, this will not happen. Many a times the cyclist is a ultimate nuisance. Slow. Using phone. Swerving around. Just few days ago, the bicycle infront of me decide to swerve into the road, while I’m jogging on the footpath. Totally unexpected.
@@lavsyrod9255 sad but true although fortunately these are the minority. Most people, be they drivers, motorcyclists, cyclists, joggers, walkers are mostly law-abiding and considerate.
Cyclists on SG roads should practice good road safety measures - Wear helmets Use your front lights and rear lights at all times Always be better safe than sorry ... at zebra crossings + road turnings + use hand signals + bright coloured clothings
Yes cannot ride on pavement and cannot modify is dangerous, mod to 35kmh is perfect and also having throttle is better, I have to see you lot of normal bicycles cycle past me since they use the pedal momentum and keep going fast and I almost get hit. Never had that issue with ebikes as they can control their speed easier even on pavement.
That is because you walk on cycling paths. Sometimes, even ringing or horn at pedestrians have no reaction. I have met before even after coming to a complete stop and request for giveway, the uncle still ignore me. This is the result of giving too much power to pedestrians
The prevalent behavior of ebike riders isn't convincing enough for authorities to increase the 25kmh limit. Many r still seen speeding on footpaths, when they r not even allowed on footpaths in the first place
I know Bernie! Awesome to see her being featured. Appreciate hard work riders put in!
Thanks @grabadventures! 💯

Trying to justify how good it is as grab food rider?why dont you report how FT takes jobs, thus locals hv to settle working for Grab?
People still dare to eat the food from the food delivery service & from the delivery boys and girls ??
People still ordering food delivery service?
People still trust the delivery boys and girls?
Why
Damn troublesome cyclist!!! Always make trouble for pedestrian walking at the pathway. Please cycle on the road instead!!!!
What about the pedestrian that walk on the red cycling paths ?
