A lot of y'all love the video of me doing pilates so I gave it another try!
Today, I tried stretching with a foam roller
I think some people must have their foam roller lying around their house... or am I wrong? lol If you have a foam roller at home, you can use it or if you do not, it's perfectly fine! You can do it without it!
We normally skip the stretching even though it's an essential part of workout. I do stretch but just a little bit. After the total body stretch, I felt more refreshing and it felt really great!
We spend most of our time at home these days, right?
People who work from home or study at home! And people who spends lots of time at home.
I've prepared some easy workout routines that you can follow at home

One thing I think is really cool about Wonho is that he isn't afraid to learn anything, or be seen not being good at something. Like he's having a fun time stretching like this even tho it may be uncomfy at times and idk, I just really appreciate it.

It's great that he shows that even a person that's in peak physical condition can struggle with a new exercise routine, showing that, can encourage others to try new things, to know that you might struggle in the beginning but you can and will improve with time and practice.
Because the body needs time to adjust. Personally I love foam rollers - they are great for stiff muscles and joints

A pop artist who does bodybuilding and promotes a healthy lifestyle: how many young people watch this and are inspired by him to do something themselves? He must have a pretty good diet as well, otherwise he probably wouldn’t look like that! Anyway, good man!
I know I started exercising more because I found it encouraging. Due to a bunch of things I won’t get into, my change in exercising probably saved my life! 💪
He is inspiring! One of the reasons I love him. It's also heartwarming, as a fitnessprofessional, to see someone like him promote (or at least show us) working out, being active and a healthy lifestyle. Pertaining to his diet, I don't know everything he eats, but his diet is probably catered to his goals and helps him reach his goals. Meaning that copying his diet will not be beneficial to anyone at all. Everyone has individual needs, so everyone needs to eat different things :)

I hope he continues to do Pilates, I think it will be so beneficial for him. I know its hard for him right now but if he stays with it... it will work wonders for his body. I love to see him taking such good care of himself and his teacher was really marvelous.
