Use some of the specialty plastic epoxies (West System has a good one) over a layer of fiberglass cloth tape after you have roughened the outside of the case. It will still be functional when the rest of the saw is worn out completely. If you want to add a layer with color pigment for looks you certainly can but it isn't needed structurally.
@@JamesTheForester yeah I've already been onto gustards, they are a good proper company, however they said they can't do it for 2 to 3 weeks and I was wanting it done quicker, cheers mate
