They are not looking for you on FB or any social media platform. I am an opened minded person but for this group I think direct mail and door knocking is the most effective methods. How can we use Facebook ads properly when ethics prevent us from filtering by age, income, etc.? What's the best thing we can do to work around the restrictions on fair housing?
Wanting to get into real estate investing and being an 'invert' who doesn't want to film themselves, what does one do? Snap out of it and just do it or just film everyone but myself? Not everyone is comfortable on camera. Thanks.
Cole fyre pretty much bro! I consider myself and ambivert. yet have struggled with keeping consistent in my ventures do to being somewhat timid and etc. the antidote is, exposure therapy. yup sounds simple right. it technically is yet so complex for introverts and ambiverts lol.
Sorry, too much hype, what most real estate agents don't do is LISTEN to what people want. They all talk too much. Very few have ever read a sales book. Go buy SPIN SELLING by Neil Rackham and find out out what a major sale is....
Its great that real estate agents need to be trained to look and act like humans. Says a lot about the industry. Not only do they need to be trained but 98% of agents fail to pass as likeable humans on the internet.
Guess what Ben...Must Realtors are ex Teachers, Cops, Military, Housewife, Corporate Business people, Photographers, Builders, UPS worker, Receptionist & Moms, Dads, Uncles, Friends etc............They are the likeable people in the world that's why they get into real estate! lol

If you've studied any of the real estate gurus you've learned that little to no leads are coming from vlogging. Have you researched this wild claim? Gary V talks a lot of non sense with no evidence most of the time.

I'm guessing your in real estate as am I. As we know everything works and everything doesn't work in real estate. Many ways to crush it or go broke because you MUST have the fundamental skills and the follow-up. I'm seeing a ton of eXp agents killing it with video. I'm also seeing other agents kill it with old school marketing.

Create a introduction video about yourself and target a desired area. Then retarget people with your ads and lookalike audiences.
