The light fixture near your kitchen is not centered because it’s supposed to be above a table. Typically you wouldn’t have the table centered because you need space to walk by and open the door in that room. If you center the light to the room it may not be directly above your table.
People are also more likely to hit their head on the light fixture if it hangs down and isn’t centered with the table

I love the house! I just feel like it is a beautiful space. Also the house just feels relatable.
I think the light wasn’t centered because the table would need to be off-center so you have room to walk on the right side. You might not want to move the light until you get your table. The light should be centered over the table.

The light fixture isn’t centered over the dining area because there’s a walkway to get into the kitchen, so it’s centered over where the table should be 👍🏻

You should make the master bathroom door (for the toilet) into a barn door. Saves so much space inside and out plus super cute

The light fixture is centered for the bar so the dining room table won't overlap the Walkway into the kitchen.
Not sure how much space u have in the guess bedroom, but we bought the Bechtold Twin Daybed from wayfair and installed two wall desks because the wall was big enough.The desk folds up when in use folds down for more space. We also got a small cabinet that can hold desk items. Nice thing with the bed is it’s a day bed but can be converted into a king
Nice house was surprised with all the carpet usually houses don't get carpet installed but makes it cozy. Great home Congrats
I was thinking that the mainfloor flooring would be lighter with the furniture pieces they got. But it’s a cute house. Things can be incorporated into it.
