Hi Verusca, such a beautiful work of art! I'm a fan of yours :) what would you suggest to use to suspend the cake other than using wooden dowels? I don't have any tools to cut thick dowels. I was thinking a styro, but cutting a styro can be messy when you don't have the right tool. I can't think of anything else :( any idea?
The problem is the weight. Cake is very heavy + ganache + fondant. You need something that will support it. Wood is always reliable alternative. Your hardware supplier should be able to cut it for you if you.

I use a portion guide. You can get it on google search If a 10" cake feeds 30 people and i need a cake for 60 people I know I need 2 x 10" ;)
