Is this the same as Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley?

There are multiple tulip farms and fields for the festival. RoozenGaarde Garden is one of them.

TriumphRainbow thanks for the quick reply! Was planning a trip in April and wanted to see the Tulip fields. Would you recommend booking a tour or renting a car for a day to drive from downtown Seattle?

I would rent a car, not a tour. But call the Tulip Town or RoozenGaarde for the tulip blooming status before you go. The bloom time may vary about 2 weeks due to the weather.
