Be careful with wanting to get rich. What does Jesus warn about about the rich man and seeking the kingdom of Heaven....when Jesus says " follow me " he is humble
That's the poverty mindset. Jesus wasn't even a poor man, if He was a poor man He wouldn't have been known in the first place, He operated in the Kingdom principle and in the Kingdom of God, is a very wealthy one. Humility is the gateway to Greatness. Some rich people are very proud but true riches that came from God are built through humility. Jesus said, beloved I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers. He was referring to earthly prosperity, good health and the prosperity of the soul which is having the mindset of God, not focusing on the riches He has already given to us but on Him even though we're enjoying His true riches. Remember, God is not a poor personality living in heaven, nope, He created riches and gave us some biblical principles to embrace those riches. Search scripture. God also built many mansions for us in heaven which we will live in when we get to heaven. God doesn't want His children to become poor, He wants us to discover His riches in glory by Christ Jesus and serve Him with the wealth He has given to us. Joseph Arumentia was able to meet with the general in charge of Jesus the Calvary and recovered the body of Jesus because he had influence and money. There are places poor people in Christ cannot get to because of lack of money but the rich in Christ can get there and effect changes because God had entrusted His riches to them for the purpose of His Kingdom and for the propagation of the gospel of Christ. Without money the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ cannot penetrate to the ends of the world. This is my humble opinion. Rosalynda, from Ibo part of Nigeria.
