Nope, thats not true. The average temperatures over a year are actually increasing. And while it is true that winters will get colder, that does not mean that global warming is not happening. On the contrary, many scenarios on global warming predicted correctly that the weather is getting more extreme as the average temperatures rises. In conclusion on average there are a little colder winters but way warmer summers. Ask any scientists who knows a little something about climate and they will tell you the same. In fact, just read the wikipedia page on climate change and you should come to the conclusion that climate change is very real and has very real consequences.

"The next generation would be justified in looking back at us and asking, what were you thinking? It is right to give hope to the future generations." You progressives would have a lot more credibility in pretending to care about future generations if the most progressive administration of all (Obama's), hadn't piled nearly as much debt on future generations in 8 years, as all previous administrations had in 211 years. Until politicians cut deficit spending, stop raising the debt ceiling, and start to reign in unfunded liabilities and mandates, I call B.S. on their caring about future generations.

What you are doing is pretty nice whataboutism. Yes, Obama has piled up a lot of debt. But this does not make climate change less real or less threatening. In fact, this debt does not have anything to do with climate change what so ever. It is our moral duty to leave this planet in such a shape that future generations can live off it. How much debt that is left behind is not nearly as important as whether or not life on earth is left behind.
Just for the sake of context though, I will remind you that Obama had an economic crisis to manage in his first year. He saved a lot of banks and thus piled up a huge amount of debt. If he hadn't done that the impact of the economic crisis would have been far harsher, many more people losing their homes and possessions. You can definitely argue that Obama was not good budgetwise, but please, do not falsely claim a hypocrisy that is not there and put these things in context.
