This is to much work, check if u have any ''stopupdate'' services running, disable them, then activate your update services to automatic or manual. that fixes it

Because I solved this issue with videos solutions.. Normally this issue will occur when the users try to do optimisation by using registry cleaner softwares or by windows tweakers softwares.

@@princenwokolo780 bro this wasn't my case, my computer was running tons of services in the background and was ideling arround 58-63C, so I searched how to disable some of them I was careful enough to leave the services which their names start with Windows, so I disabled Appinfo because who cares about information of an app that I installed it myself hhhh turns out to be the most important one, and the shitty system was like: "sir you want to ruin your day, well be my guest", no warnings, no alert popups nothing, but I boot it up in safe mode, opened the services with no problems, and corrected my stupid mistake by setting the Appinfo to manual, and it worked.
