- Nike Phantom Vision 2 review - in today's review of the brand new Nike Phantom Vision 2 football boots, we will give you our play test and review of the brand new update to the Nike Phantom Vision football boots, and where JayMike will tell you if the Vision 2 football boots have improved, or if they're simply more of the same as he takes the new boots for a review and play test on the pitch. With some minor tech updates from the Nike Phantom Vision football boots, the new Nike Phantom Vision 2 is made with a slightly lower collar, a pull string and a new graphical pattern. Otherwise, much of the technology is the same in the Nike Phantom Vision 2 - a Flyknit outer shell, Quadfit mesh on the inside and the same Hyperreactive outsole which means that the size in the Nike Phantom Vision 2 is also the same as on the first Vision football boots. But is the Vision 2 better? That's what we'll tell you in today's Nike Phantom Vision 2 review and play test.

It is a good boot especially compared to the VSN ones because they didn't go overboard about it. The original VSN was already an innovative boot but the VSN 2 does make it more attractive.

@@nabeelali7785 the vision ones were excelent for me. i have a wider foot so that was a nice pair of nike cleats since they are usually not as wide as adidas. they are very lightweight and comfortable for cleats. hope that helps. i now have the adidas predator freak which is good cleat as well

Honestly these seem like the best boots Nike made so far. Like the whole design is made for the best ball feel and consistency of everything else. Also less weight makes it even better

This boot is wide? I was so into this concept and wanted to buy it when it first came out but found it narrow with a very tight and painful toebox. I found it to be rather low-volume. I had to settle for a Magista instead. I noticed you have pretty narrow feet, Jay. I wonder what Josh would say with his beefier foot shape? I am really hoping Nike changed this boot's fit because it's time for me to get a new pair!
I think because the lock down element it should make the boot fit not as tight.
@Samuel DE'ATH I really wanted to be able to own this boot. It has so much going for it. But comfort and fit is the most important deciding factor. Maybe one day Nike will redesign the toe box.

Not sure why the magista obra 2 get so much slack. I cut the sock and it’s one of my favorite boots ever. So comfortable

Henry Sanderson not really, the first pair I had vision 1 did not rip at all. Second pair, still vision 1 ripped because I was tackled by someone with metal stids but the small hole never grew!!

Like the look of the new boot🔥. I have been saying the same thing about the similarities between this and the Tiempo and the direction in wich Nike are heading with these two boots for a while now. They are basicly the same boot apart from one is a leather upper and one is a knitted upper. I think Nike should drop the Tiempo and venom, re name the vision and go away do some real in-depth research and analysis on some new tech and release a new boot replacing tiempo and venom if they are keeping the vision around.

Whenever you really like a boot it's a no no for me. But when you criticize it or say the negative parts then I like. Well, since you have narrow feet the boot will surely be uncomfortable on my feet! So I'm looking forward to boots you won't like this wonderful 2020 year.

Anyone knows why the phantom vision 2 remained just a few months and is discontinued by Nike? Weren't they good? Even the considered "innovative" technologies are not used in phantom GT, like quadfit, etc... I need to buy a new pair of boots and I'm thinking in this ones while they are still selling. (My last boots were nike mercurial superfly 6 elite ag-pro).
