Its obvious he doesn't see himself as a sexual person or is willing to pursue anyone. The Rogue girl who looks like his classmate is the most viable but she's not given him anything more than a wink. This anime is not a harem. Listen to the first five minutes of the first episode. Even he thinks he should have a harem, based off the manga and shows he watched, but that's not his experience.
The mispronounciation really hurts experience a fair bit. You make entertaining content and I enjoy it, so know that it is in good fate when I say, you should check on japanese pronounciation of names or better yet learn kana (basic japanese alphabet) and how it's read to elminate the mispronounciation permanently. I'd guess watching with subs could help aswell.
