TITANIA's Pas de Deux from A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM

Here is Suzanne Farrell at the start of her illustrious career at 21 yrs-old in the film of George Balanchine's "A Midsummer Night's Dream." Originally choreographed for Diana Adams (but danced by Melissa Hayden at the premiere due to an injury to Ms. Adams) this role became one of Farrell's greatest roles. Here she is partnered exquisitely by Conrad Ludlow, then the supreme partner in the company.
