A million dollar loan paid over 15-30years means you can end up paying 2-4 times more than the value of the house as a rough estimate. Paying outright when he did means he could potentially capitalize on selling it at the height of a market and who knows, maybe 2-4x his investment??

Yeah I feel like they’re done. Lena at least seems way less interested in the relationship. Before she was 100% okay with never “shooting with another man”, but now will have done it twice in less than 6 months. When she was getting heat for the jason one she basically said “people are coming at me as a wife but don’t know what goes on behind closed doors”. Which one possibility is adam did something to provoke it (maybe cheat). She also admitted that she preferred jason over adam. In their new reality show she also kept dropping hints that Adam is sensitive about having other men sleep with her. You could tell how excited she was during the whole show and adam seemed like he was just going along with it.
So no one really knows but definitely seems like they have a rocky relationship and that Lena is slowly losing interest
