You might want to label these as PAL Demos. The NTSC Interactive 5 demo for Crash 2 was Snow Go, and the PlayStation Underground (at least I think it was PSU) Crash 3 demo was Midnight Run.
For US crash 3, as far as I know, there are 3 public demos, you could say. The first 2 variants are with Midnight Run and Under pressure as playable levels, both of them are within the disc files, but only one of them is accessible, depending on the demo disc, and they come from a build dated September 16th 1998, pretty late into the game's development, while the third variant, from Toys R, which is also much rarer from what I've seen, also has Midnight Run and Under pressure, both playable at the same time, but from a much older build, dated July 29th 1998.
