I'd say she is the queen of pronunciations whenever she sings in other languages that's not korean she always sound so good for a non native speaker
IU is a really hard worker. She must have taken many classes to learn Cantonese. I’m a native Cantonese speaker who speaks Cantonese fluently. Her pronunciation is so accurate that she can perfectly speak the various tones in our language.

The fact is Guǎngdōng people can speak Cantonese and English, while people who speak Mandarin can speak Chinese mandarin only.

As a native Cantonese speaker in HK, I rate IU's pronounciation in this song, 98 in accuracy and 100 in fluency.
There were only a few words sounded deviated from the accurate pronounciation. These were very minor to be mentioned and actually did not affect the performance on the whole. And honestly speaking, even native speakers of Canto sometimes can't reach a 100% accurate pronounciation!
So it is appropriate to say her pronounciation was perfect or nearly perfect. At least if I don't know she is a Korean, I will think that the song was being covered by a local singer. And through her singing, I can totally feel the emotion which the song was presenting originally.
By the way, I don't care how accurate her pronounciation was. What I want to emphasis is her hardworking and sincerity. Many kpop singers will sing in Mandarin when they perform in China, and will sing in Japanese when they perform in Japan. But a few ( or even no) will sing in Cantonese, our native language, in Hongkong. It is mainly because the market in HK is small, compared to the huge market in China, not mentioning the difficulty in learning Canto. Even the markets in Japan, Thailand are greater. The cost efficiency in practising a Canto song is far lower than practising a Mandarin song. But IU did not take this into consideration and devoted her effort and time in preparing this song, which came out to be a high quality and wonderful performance. This sincerity is enough for us, especially HK fans to love her and give her continuous support.

There was this street where there were many stores selling these invitation cards. The street was demolished for new development and these stores were gone. The song was kind of a sad tune.
