Aside from being one of my favorite board game channels, it has to be said you have a beautiful home. I love how your games are a central part of your living space. It not only speaks to your passion for board gaming but loudly proclaims what a wonderful wife you have! Mine made me put them all in the back bedroom. I suppose I should be happy I that I got not only a space but the budget for all my games lol. Having them all on shelves in the living room is the stuff dreams are made of around here. Keep taping my friend 'cause we love watching!

Judged by this video, the game looks really like Alhambra, with a few more and less mechanics.
At 17:53, Richard gives Jen $3k for building a staircase. Earlier in the video he said money paid for staircases goes to the bank, not the Master Builder.
Each tile bought is always paid to the Master Builder, be it a room, a corridor or a stair :)
Library of Trantor the only time money goes to the bank is if the master builder builds it.
played this for the first time tonight. it was fun. I look forward to playing it again.
I wonder why the game designer decided to make the most expensive item 15000 instead of 12000 seeing as the others are in increments if 2000 more beginning at 2000.
are you sure you get bonus to close stairs and halway's or foyer. those are not rooms ;) so you only get bonus to complet the rooms.
