This inhibits the ignorant from making the leap to realize that it is the person that is the problem, not the horse. The horse is a reflection of the person. If the person does good, the horse does good. If the person does bad, the horse does bad.
Stop wasting your time trying to solve 'horse problems'. There are no horse problems. Only people problems.
