If you're looking for potential brood ewes with a NSIP genetic outcross on the dam side of the pedigree, Big Prairie 932 & 952 are a pair of ewes to consider. Both ewe lambs are naturally-conceived, fall lambs that have dams that out of our oldest genetic lines that consistently lamb every fall. These ewe lambs are structurally correct, sound, full of volume and broody. Both are sired by U of WI 19-475, a proven NSIP trait leader and both come from ewe lines that go back to some of the first genetics we ever purchased over 20 years ago. Both ewe lambs have 109 Maternal Line Indexes and grew very well. 932 had an Adj. 90-day weaning weight of 108 lbs. and 952 had a 118.3 lb. Adj. 90-day weaning weight. With their superior phenotype and proven production, these two ewe lambs will make excellent brood ewes with longevity.
