Song remastered to use more of the frequency spectrum, sound less grating, and for the bass to sink deeper. Done entirely for demonstrative, non-profit purposes.
@@BentDoorFrame how is the original more metallic? It’s a masterpiece but this remaster is much more enjoyable and sounds more on par with some of meshuggah’s finer production
@@Meshuggapeth I mean the sound has a harsher more dampened sound almost tinny. This is warmer and more full while still awesome i think it lessins the intensity of the original a bit.
Meshuggah really helps me with my PTSD. All of those negative emotions and experiences from Afghanistan that came back with me... It's like the song is shouting at them to scare those feelings away.
This sounds incredible. I just searched for "Meshuggah Bleed Remastered" after getting fed up with the original. This is exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Great remasters, but the levels across songs are CRAZY different and if you listen to them as a playlist you can blow your speakers out going to the next song. Is there a way to address this without having to remember to crank the volume down at the end of each track?
This is what you get when people on UA-cam “remaster” songs that have already been mastered. A true remaster would require the original mix stems before the original mastering of the album took place.
@@ItsABOUTflamTIME Perhaps now, but this was 8 years ago. I will admit that he's done some solid work recently (even if it's not really my thing), but back when this video was done, did he have access to the raw mix stems like I stipulated?

Can't believe thomas chose two pedals instead of three shows us his skills tho for real to get two pedal down I still had to do it another way than he did
Ngl I prefer the original, the metallic sound of the guitars n the assault on the ears is amazing. It cuts right through your head and its great hehe. This is very good though.
@@Meshuggapeth reminds me of why i prefer the good coke and meth IV over the crappy stuff. Better stuff means you can boot way more at once without suffering the side effects from too much adulterants ;)
I use three bass pedals yes I cheat but feet are fuckin huge and my pedals are small so yeah I use three I have four but I suck with four ironically I can use two of my four to do this bass kick line but I can't drum it yet
The original basically had the bass mixed out of it xD, it's the reason it sounds grating after a while because all you get is a higher than usual riff and DEAR GOD THE CYMBALS. This has the bass take some of the tinniness out of the cymbals, masking the unpleasantness, and I think the soundstage is a little nicer, but that is subject to opinion.
This song just makes me want to help an old lady with her groceries.
Dillinger Escape Plan reference?
Its wierd im so nice when i hear this song literally smiling after I tire out playing it truely a gift to us from five aliens in Sweden

Maybe it was too challenging to play live, i heard he had to practice for months to learn how to play it live.
The riff literally gives carpal tunnel.

Absolutely spectacular
Great Job on the remaster!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Holy shit man this is incredible! Amazing work!
it actually sounds like a 8 string is playing and not a 6 string with daddy issues.
This song is so loud, it just broke the seat I am sat on.
Such a sweet solo, makes you follow along, feels real good.
Sounds great thanks 👍
Prefer this (whole remastered album) to the original
Come on guys meshuggah are futurish aliens give their sound guy a break hes human
As aggressive as one may expect, I don't find this song aggressive at all, it's strangely otherworldly, surreal, and hypnostic.
Yeah, if you want "aggressive" check out their latest album Immutable
good job man
The last part of this song entrapped me in dread and aw
