She was in love with Carlos too, but even when she was with Carlos she never stopped loving Francisco. They helped each other as friends in the season 3 but they were still in love in didn’t feel like their story was ended. In season 4 she CLEARLY admits and doesn’t deny to Carlos that she is still in love with Francisco. I am glad that they are endgame. She is dead but at least they were married, their love is infinite ♾, they will continue to love each other through the death. I am still trying to comfort myself about the end, thinking about the 7 years they spent together, happy, in New York City, between the season four and five.
