- Full Speech of Jamyang Tsering Namgyal (MP Ladakh). The speech was delivered to a large gathering of Ladakhi monks studying in Tibetan Monasteries in Mundgod, Karnataka presided by H.E. 20th Bakula Rinpoche. Geshe Lobsang Gyaltsen; the former abbot of Drepung Gomang, Geshe Thupten Rabgyas, Mr Lhakpa Tsering; settlement officer, Tibetan Settlement Mundgod, administrators of Drepung Gomang and Loseling were also present at the gathering.

it seems that the ladakh tibetan dialect is quite different from lhasa dialect ....I am a han Chinese who is studying tibetan language ,I can only get 10~30%his speech .but when he speaks lhasa dialect ,I can get more meaning .when he speaks Hindi ,drops to 0.

Ladakh dialect is very similar to Mustang or Lo Manthang & regional topography is also very similar. Any Tibetan with decent language background can understand if one listen carefully.
very very different. Ladakhi dialect is very similar to amdo and ngari dialects, also known as classical tibetan.
MP Jamyang la is good but we need AAP party to rule all ove India to free TIBET.
