Tigers don’t climb
They consider jeep as one bigger object and do not attack as they see jeep like bigger animals like elephant or rhinos. Tigers or lions don't try to attack elephanrs or rhinos often. If anyone steps down from vehicle, they will attack for sure. Moreover, they are used to this as well.
Tigers in these safari zones are used to jeeps and other vehicles and also they view them as an bigger animal but some times if you wear strong perfumes and stuff on safari might make them nervous and some times aggressive as well and some of them keep marking territory by spraying urine against trees and rocks , hope it's answers ur doubt

Hotel arranges jeep but book safaris in advance online at MP tourism. Mukki and Kanha zones are good

Govt should think about replacing those vehicles with electric ones at all national parks and forests, which can prevent a lot of air and noise pollution to the environment and animals there. Govt can start with subsidising the vehicle operators to purchase EV's and a little hike in ticket prices.
