I started watching your videos yesterday .Before that i was watching Sacred Games 2 but after I watched your video I shifted from the webseries to your videos and watching it at speed of 1.5× plus making notes.
My behaviour changed totally for example if I want to dring tea .I think I may invest that money so I saves that money. Your formula i.e
Income-saving=expenditure is really good.
