Hey there, folks! 🚴‍♂️ Exciting news - I've got my hands on the Emma 2.0 ebike from Roll Road, and it's an absolute beast! Join me as I unbox this beauty, share the assembly process, and take it out for a spin in this 4K filmed review.
📦 In the video, we'll explore what's inside the package, from the 48V 20Ah battery to the 1,000W motor. I'll give you a sneak peek of the assembly with tools, pedals, and a bunch of nuts and bolts. Sorry for the rush - I couldn't get the basket on in time, but the show must go on!
🚴‍♀️ Without further ado, I hit the road with the Emma 2.0 for a quick ride. Initial impressions? It's a bit on the heavier side (93 lbs), but the ride is sweet, more like a moped or motorcycle. I'll touch on the unique features and my first thoughts on the bike's feel.
🌟 Highlights include the fantastic suspension, powerful four-piston hydraulic brakes, and a spacious, comfy seat. The bike boasts cool features like indicators, headlights, cruise control, and a vibrant full-color display. Stick around for a speed test - it's got a top speed of 28 to 30 mph.
👍 Wrapping up, I'll share my overall thoughts on the Emma 2.0. If you're a bigger rider and prefer cruising around town without too much pedaling, this might be your perfect match. Plus, check the description for a possible discount code to support the channel!
Hop on this ebike adventure with me - Emma 2.0 is ready to roll! 🌟🔧🚲

Love my Emma 2.0, 900 miles without issues. Love the suspension. Input some air to the rear shocks, not sure the correct Psi but feel much better. Living in hilly area, powerful motor helps a lot

Nice review, this looks like the kind of 'street' e-bike I'm looking for (I want a step through rather than a step over). Do you know the size (# teeth) of the chainring? Does the Emma have a VIN plate and associated paperwork with it - in case I want to register this as a moped in my state)?

@@TimsElectric Actually I saw that one first and it sent me to this one. LOL. I hoping to find the answers here. The chainring is the key one for me as I prefer a smaller ring so I can easily pedal should the motor go down. Too many companies gear their bikes so you can get resistance when at near full speed; I'm more interested in having an easy pedal should I drain the battery.

@@TimsElectric Tim I took your advice and asked them. I got some very quick, informative, and cheerful emails over the weekend. They use a 46T chain ring, but it's fairly easy to swap out. They do not do VIN plates, but customer support was eager to provide any serial number info I might need if I wanted to register the bike.

Awesome to see how the e-bike industry is developing. This style of bike is obviously appealing to a certain segment of the market. The EMMA 2.0 was comfortable to ride, and the weight contributed to a feeling of stability (albeit a challenge to carry up stairs!). Would be fun to unlock and try the power of the Bafang 1000 watt motor on the road (er, off road). The lyric has two batteries and otherwise similar design to the EMMA...very cool.

Love to hear from you @Mike-xq8bv, but not for me...I think it depends on where you ride...if as I suspect you're imagining riding beside cars then yes a horn...maybe an air horn lol...is best...but I typically ride on bike paths and horns are kind of obnoxious...easy solution...I'll just add a bell for the times I just need people to know I'm there....and if I'm on the road then I've got the horn :) Cheers :)

Yeah Tim, I've been LQQKin' at bikes over the last year....lol, so when I saw this video I dropped in. There's a lot of
good/bad things w/ all these bikes that is hard to discern. Yeah, I also looked at the upgrades " $139 " for the big
seat & what I didn't see was the size tires they use. I gotta have at least 20" tires but prefer larger. I rode a moped
for 3 years & it had 26" tires. The issues are that small tires are hard to control....lol, especially when you find any
gravel on turns - front tire can wash out easy. Anyhoo, I do TY for the upload & I'm gonna look at your other vids
since we all use electronic crap. peace & GB

No Tim, most of them are not that big but I had a moped w/ a two-stroke 49.9CC motor. A 50CC motor often will force
ya to have a tag like motorcycle but these Ebikes have really come along. And they are quiet but I know the freedoms
of riding a small bike ; easy to get around & exciting but I've not ridden any electric bikes yet but I am LQQKin at them!
