Fun fact, in the Louie Louie video where they’re wearing the yellow outfits, the guy lip syncing is Kingsmen drummer(and did the drumming on this song)Lynn Easton and he did NOT sing this. The real singer was Jack Ely, who Lynn was very jealous of and wanted out of the group.
The drummer in the video(who didn’t drum for this song) but ended up taking over for Lynn, is Dick Peterson, who actually became the frontman and continues to be so.
So yeah, this singer is a replacement of a replacement.
