- 13-year-old holding midfielder Andre Scott was scouted by Charlton Athletic at our trial in Sydney in 2018.
He has recently been in the UK training with Charlton and will be here next season after a successful trial period.

Hi, I am 16 years of age...And wish to trial. How many people my age will be trying and how many scouts will there be? And do we have to have a minimum club level to join? BTW i live in Australia, and will my chances to get in be affected by and Visa or EU passport problems?

Hi, you will be in a group of around 20 players aged between 15-17. There are no requirements in terms of your level to join our events but in order to be scouted you do need to hold an EU passport. Hi, unfortunately we don't have trials in Asia. However players from all around the world do attend our 5 Day Training and Trial Camps in the UK. The feedback we have had is that even though some of these players can't get scouted, they still take a huge amount away from the camps and it greatly aids their development as a footballer. there 15 to 20 scouts at each trial
Hello I have a New Zealand passport and live in Australia if I was to come to theses events will my passport effect my chances of getting scouted due to uk visa laws
