Answers a couple of my questions about the subconscious mind. But I still can't figure out how if the subconscious mind knows how good it felt in the past to be very healthy; why it now overrides my desire to improve my diet and stop eating unhealthy junk food.
Because on some level you have decided that it's better to eat unhealthy. We have to be aware that on some level we decided, then we passed it on to the subconscious and forgot about the decision.

I think it's up to your mind set that's why it's named this you must make your mind see your red and white blood cells within your mind as your eyes are closed meditating you're following his voice and asking those cells to move with his voice to do as he's commanding to bring you to a place of peace which actually brings you to a place of healing you are a super computer they've just lied to us so long you don't remember or realize
