Looks like she was 5 minutes late or so for check-in and she was refused and couldn't fly. Personally I think the people laughing in the video are cunts as it could be genuine feelings on the womans part and she could have been late for real reasons. More than likely she decided to show up as check-in times were closing and got a bit late, but I could imagine spending thousands on a holiday and being told you can't go.
TibGaming with most airlines, if you miss your flight you can rebook for a marginal difference. Her over reaction reeks more of self entitlement rather than genuine displeasure with service. Adults acting like kids. This should be unacceptable in civilized societies. And frankly in many it is. In South Korea, for one, you would be made a social outcast for acting like a child in this situation. Act your age, not your shoe size.
It's BC Ferries in Vancouver Canada. Been here a thousand times. Passengers are cut off at 10 minutes before the boat leaves, so she's probably pissed that she can't get on. I once was the last person to make it...super awkward.
