CGPA 3.7 but they won't look at it as I am applying for Masters (MPH) and not a PhD (they say).

I think this brother got admission in german taught masters. Otherwise it is impossible to get admission with this gpa in english taught programs
Both are english taught Master courses. Nothing is impossible :)

I have got 3.08 cpga in my masters degree. The lowest grade for passing a single course is 2 cgpa while degree is awarded at 3 cgpa.
What would be the lowest grade I sould put in Bavarian formula 2 or 3 for conversation in german scale?
