HEY , i have some tips for you if your still trying to grow the out 1. i would recommend not washing your hair often maybe two times a week and you might find your hair getting greasy so you should get into the habit of also using dry shampoo as it helps by a lot 2. gently dip your fingers in castor oil coconut oil olive oil any natural oil really and just lay upside down on the side of your bed a message your hair for 4 mins i recommend you doing this everyday for a week and the start of each month 3. avoid washing your ends with shampoo and also the one hair treatment that majorly helped me grow my bangs out was cracking 2 eggs and adding 3 teaspoons of olive oil then put it on your roots mainly and leave it in for around an hour and then wash it out and put some coconut oil in around your fingers and roots a massage your scalp for around 10 mins then tie your hair with a baggy tshirt or something then sleep on it it will grow quite a bit and i recommend using this technique 2-3 times a week i hope i have given you some tips if you want anymore feel free to reply especially if you have any questions

To anyone who needs to hear it:
I got bangs January 9th this year after going back and forth for 3 years and always talking myself out of it. Finally I just went to the hairdresser & did it! It took about an hour after leaving the salon for me to regret it and I spent the next two days crying an embarrassing amount...
It became clear I had to hide them (to clarify I got more wispy just below the eyebrow bangs) so here are my faves:
- low ponytail with barrettes/ clips
- deep parted french braid on the front of 1 side of my hair & the other side just pulled back so it’s a half up
- HEADBANDS HEADBANDS HEADBANDS
- a gelled up ballet bun/ponytail with bangs clipped upwards (I mainly use this one for ballet class hahaha)
Ok now onto what has made them grow! (It’s been less than a month and they’re about the length of her shorter bits):
To clarify, my hair does regularly grow kinda fast but this had made it feel like it’s growing 0.5 cm a week
- shampoo with castor oil in it
- biotin/collagen supplements (check with a doctor before though! I personally can only take this for 3 months)
- avoiding heat like the plague (unless it’s cold, then use heat protectant )
- using a teeny bit of castor oil conditioner on them
Another tip is to clip them to the sides when you’re going to bed. This doesn’t do much lol but it makes it not annoying and you can twist it different ways to try to get them to flip out like curtain bangs

I have korean style bangs sometimes I tried to grow but it didn't grows
