I would avoid buying newer commencal frames and wait it out a bit. Lots of issues are swept under the rug with this brand and their first batches, and this comes from someone from the commencal dh team who was openly talking about it at some bike park a few weeks ago.
Dude was talking about how his frame had an issue and snapped, they found out there was an issue affecting the whole line and just buried it. This particular one is fixed but they did not issue any recall.
