Both my TDS numbers are high and I've already emptied out the tank 6-8 times. I'm not sure why they aren't going down. I've also disconnected it from the wall as well as resetting the filters and nothing is working to bring the TDS numbers down. The pure number is 100 and the raw number is 999. Anything you can recommend for why this is happening or how to fix this?
